Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.

We deliver jewellery across Pakistan through selected courier partners and aim to keep you informed from order confirmation to delivery.
Major Cities
Estimated delivery is approximately 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Other Areas
Estimated delivery is approximately 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next working day. Collection launches, Eid, wedding season and promotional events may require additional processing time.
Shipping Charges
The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout or confirmed when your order is verified. A free-delivery promotion applies only when its stated conditions are met.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation by phone or WhatsApp. We may request advance payment for high-value, customised or repeatedly refused orders.
Tracking
Tracking details may be sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch. Courier tracking can take several hours to update.
Delivery Information
Provide a complete name, active phone number, city, area, street address and nearby landmark. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Please remain available on the provided phone number. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incomplete or the parcel is refused, additional charges may apply to a new dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, public holidays, security conditions, courier delays, incomplete addresses and remote locations can affect delivery time.
Inspecting Your Parcel
Check that the outer parcel is sealed before accepting it. If it appears opened or seriously damaged, take photographs, keep all packaging and contact Bano Bazar promptly. A continuous unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage, missing-item or incorrect-item claims.
International Delivery
International delivery depends on destination availability, courier cost and customs requirements. Contact us before ordering outside Pakistan. The customer is responsible for destination-country duties or taxes unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
