These terms govern your use of banobazar.pk and purchases from Bano Bazar, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must have legal capacity to place an order or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current information and use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, transmit malicious code, scrape content without permission, violate another person's rights, submit false orders or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Product Information
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Measurements may be approximate, and small variations in colour, finish, pattern, placement or appearance can occur because of lighting, screen settings and production differences. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are fashion jewellery and are not solid gold, solid silver or precious gemstones.
Prices and Availability
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Promotions apply only during the stated period and subject to their conditions. Products remain subject to availability, and adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
We may correct pricing, description, inventory or website errors and cancel or refuse an affected order. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, the paid amount will be refunded through an available method.
Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we verify and process the order for fulfilment. We may request information, limit quantities, refuse service or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for availability, payment, fraud prevention, address verification or policy compliance.
Payment
You agree to pay the product price, delivery charges and other amounts displayed or confirmed at checkout. Available payment methods may change. Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation, while selected high-value, customised or previously refused orders may require advance payment.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are guidance and can be affected by courier performance, weather, public holidays, security conditions, incomplete addresses and events outside our reasonable control. Review our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims and refunds are governed by our Returns and Exchange Policy. Eligibility depends on item condition, reason for return and compliance with the stated request period and evidence requirements.
Accounts and Communications
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for account activity. By providing contact information, you agree that we may send transactional communications about orders, payments, delivery, support and policies. Marketing messages are subject to applicable permissions and opt-out choices.
Intellectual Property
The Bano Bazar name, branding, website design, product photographs, graphics, copy and original content are owned by or licensed to Bano Bazar and protected by applicable laws. You may browse and purchase personally, but may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, feedback or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading or harmful. You grant Bano Bazar permission to use, reproduce and display that content for store, service and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Third-Party Services
Our store may rely on Shopify and other services for hosting, payments, delivery, analytics, communications and website features. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for external content or services outside our control.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an as-available basis. Bano Bazar does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where such limitation is permitted. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable loss, cost or claim arising from unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of another person's rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Both parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through customer support. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
Changes and Severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future activity. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
